How it works

RAWBALANCE uses true 360° movement to train control through the whole body not isolated balance, but constant adjustment from the ground up.

1
Step on
Find your centre and let the board move naturally.
2
Stay in control
React to the ball underneath as it moves in every direction.
3
Carry it into sport
Build stability, timing and coordination that transfers to real movement.
Included with your board
Your board comes with a coach

Order your board and you can send one question to our balance expert, the same coach who built our Training Guide Course. Ask about your technique, your sport or your comeback, and get a personal answer. Our expert only takes a limited number of questions each week, so this is included while we can still offer it.

FAQ
Will the board damage my floor?
The board has smooth, rounded edges and a flat, sanded underside, so it won't scratch normal hard floors.
How fast will I feel results?
Usually within the first few sessions. Expect soreness in the ankles and core especially the small stabiliser muscles you rarely use. The board targets weak links, so you quickly start building a more balanced, coordinated body.
Is it hard to balance on?
At first, yes. That's the point. 360° movement with the oval ball demands focus and fullbody activation. After a few short sessions you'll get the pattern down and that's where the progress begins.
Can beginners use it?
Yes, but expect a learning curve. Use a bench or wall for light support in the first sessions; remove support as control improves.
Why it works

CONTROL FROM THE GROUND UP

RAWBALANCE's 360° design challenges you in a way regular boards don't.

It makes the whole body, shoulders to hips, toes to heels work together and stabilise through constant movement. You'll feel exactly where your control is strong and where it leaks. This is where your body's intelligence is trained, and your potential unlocked.

In Their Words

What Athletes Noticed

Lucas Riisgaard, professional soccer player

"I use RAWBALANCE right before every training and match. It wakes up my whole body's nervous system feet, ankles, reactions, all switched on."

Lucas Riisgaard

Professional Soccer Player

"After a few sessions, I noticed how much it challenged my footwork. It's not just standing still and balancing you're constantly making small corrections, which feels really useful for tennis."

Birk Hansen

Tennis Player

August Lukheart, rugby player

"It showed me pretty quickly where I was unstable. My ankles, knees and hips all had to work together, which is exactly what you need when you're changing direction or taking contact."

Athlete training on RawBalance
The First 30 Days

10 Minutes A Day. 30 Days.

This isn't a one off workout. It's a short daily habit that compounds. Here's what changes over the same 30-day window we used in our own athlete testing.

  • Week 1

The instability feels new. Your feet and ankles work overtime just to stay upright, your nervous system is building a map it didn't have before.

  • Week 2–3

Corrections start happening before you consciously notice you're off balance. What felt like effort starts to feel like reflex.

  • Week 4

That reflex is carrying straight into your sport faster reactions, steadier footing, under real pressure.
