Place the board on the ball and step on with support nearby. Begin with short sessions and controlled movement.

Focus on smooth, controlled balance. Avoid rushing or overcorrecting. Quality matters more than time.

Step 3 โ€” Progress naturally

As control improves, explore movement, tempo changes and new positions. Small progressions go a long way.

The optional RAWBALANCE Training Guide (PDF) is a great support if you want structure, progressions and a deeper understanding of balance training โ€” but it's not required to get started.
